A Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Tess has nine years’ experience stealing hearts and running through puddles. She makes time during her daily schedule to admire all the duck mounts around the office. Born in Neosho, Kan., she is a huge fan of retrieving ducks, swimming, and chasing tennis balls.

Tess has earned quite the reputation among the staff for snacking on muffins or any food left out on desks – she’s even been known to nab an Egg McMuffin when no one was looking. Her favorite treats are bones and pig ears.

With Sowell Management being located right next to the river trail and the Arkansas river, Tess gets lots of opportunities to walk, run, and chase a few ducks by the riverbank. After a hard day at the office, she enjoys an evening swim in the family pool.
